AVAILABILITY:
Since all of our designs are handcrafted, expect your items to ship within two weeks of placing your order. Rush
orders are accepted for a $25 service fee (please contact us for gemstone availability before requesting a rush).
SHIPPING:
We ship all of our products priority mail through the United States Postal Service with insurance and delivery
confirmation. Insurance covers lost and damaged items but it does not cover items not being received.
SALES TAX:
If you are in MD, you must pay a sales tax of 5%. Taxes will be added after you place your order.
DISCOUNTS:
We realize you may order a few pair of earrings, bracelets or necklaces for your bridesmaids, or even for yourself,
so we offer a discount of 10% if you order 3 or more of the same style (on most items). If you have a special offer
coupon code, please enter it in the notes section of your order. We will apply the appropriate discount when we
process your order.
RETURN POLICY:
At this time we do not offer refunds. Keep in mind that custom orders have been created specifically for you. In the
event that your jewelry becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge
within 60 days of purchase.

JEWELRY CARE:
Over time sterling silver will naturally begin to oxidize and develop a delicate silvery-gray color. If you prefer your
jewelry to maintain a bright shine, please care for your piece in the following manner.
* To maintain a bright luster, wipe your jewelry lightly with a soft cloth after each use. You may use a non-
abrasive silver polish cloth once a month to keep the silver bright. Store your jewelry either laying down flat
or hanging straight down to avoid kinks and knots. Make it a habit to accessorize last before you go out, as
repeated exposure to the chemicals in your beauty products will cause your jewelry to lose its sparkle.
* The best way to protect your sterling jewelry from oxidation is to store each piece in a sealed plastic bag
when not being worn to keep out the air. It is best to keep your jewelry in an air-tight container, we know
most people will not do that, but it will help slow the tarnishing of sterling silver and gold.
* Keep your jewels out of direct sunlight as the sun's rays can cause the color of stones to fade.
* Avoid swimming and bathing in your jewelry as chlorine can damage precious metals and gemstones
and can cause settings to become loose.
